Facing our fears: addressing deeply held tensions face on and, sometimes, even upside down! An innovative exploration, building a bridge between strength and surrender, acceptance and transformation with internationally-trained acrobat, teacher and performer Gabrielle Parker. Ash (Vinyasa, AcroYoga, Restorative) will lead Vinyasa practice, guiding the group through a creative and powerful flow sequence.
